Approvana is designed to facilitate secure and compliant identity verification between individuals and authorized requesting organizations.

- Step 1: A third-party organization (such as an employer or agency) pre-registers a candidate in our system.
- Step 2: The candidate visits Approvana.org and initiates the process by clicking “Apply Now.”
- Step 3: Before continuing, the candidate is asked to provide contact information and may optionally consent to receive SMS notifications related to their verification process.
- Step 4: Once consent is received, Approvana matches the user against the partner-submitted data and issues a secure link to complete the verification.
- Step 5: The candidate fills out the required information, and the verification results are securely shared with the referring organization.
SMS notifications are not required to complete the verification process. Users may receive communications via email or web access as an alternative.
